I think that shift +super +left /right moves Windows between Desktops. you can set up your own shortcut by going to keyboard >shortcuts > workspaces > move to left /right let me know if that's it

You can use a nice program called AutoKey, which allows you to bind keyboard shortcuts with text actions. To do what you need would be super easy. Take a look at this snapshot, you can copy paste it
