How to see which method was used to install each app?

Question

I've installed apps using several methods, including:

• Flatpak (using AppCenter)
• Apt
• Snap
• Deb
• The rest came with elementary OS

Is there an easy way to tell which apps I installed using each method? I'm asking because I need to know:
A) How to update each (some not showing in AppCenter), and
B) How to reinstall each on another computer if I want to do it the same way.
