I reboot the elementary os using terminal..After that when i power on the computer elementary os starts with terminal. If i close the terminal device will logout automatically. Plus.There are no other icons.I wont be able to open any other softwares.

That's caused by something you incorrectly installed or a script that you have added. Posible solutions involve creating a new user or just installing elementary again from scratch. – Maccer♦ Feb 21 at 13:07
