VSCode issue #114137 appears to be the problem. It looks like only the new repository location has the arm64 and armhf packages, so updating the URL should fix the warnings. The repository's URL has changed from http://packages.microsoft.com/repos/vscode to http://packages.microsoft.com/repos/code as described in issue #112223. To fix this, update the file /etc/apt/sources.list.d/vscode.list to point to the new location as shown below.

deb [arch=amd64,arm64,armhf] http://packages.microsoft.com/repos/code stable main"
