I checked some Ubuntu documentation here to see how to configure WOL on an Elementary (5.1.7 Hera) machine with wired connection. I've checked the NIC supports WOL as stated in the article, enabled it in the BIOS and I was able to configure it with the following command

$ ethtool -s {NIC} wol g

After that I can see the flag for WOL support is enabled:

$ sudo ethtool {NIC}
Settings for XXX:
    ...
    Wake-on: g
    ...

But even after that I can't get to make it work executing (from another machine on the same network):

$ wakeonlan {MAC address of that machine}

Is there anything I'm missing to configure WOL in Elementary?

Thanks.
