My laptop keeps freezing after a few minutes of use, when selecting the dedicated Nvidia GPU, I am

I installed the recommended nvidia-driver-440-server.

Is this issue known/solved? Let me know which other info I should provide.

  • What happens if you remove the proprietary drivers and install the nouveau open source drivers?

  • Did not work, ended up deleting a lot of dependencies and the system would freeze at login. Now I have seen that we have new drivers from nvidia (450). Let's see if solves it, otherwise I will just keep using my Intel until I find a solution
