Some applications initialize their window outside of my viewport, so i can never see them, and therefore cannot use them.

While most are okay, the AppCenter for example initially had its window open outside of the viewport. I could fix it by minimizing everything else, and then doing Super+, which initializes the app switcher, then clicking on the AppCenter brought it into the viewport maximized. And from there, it never happened again with it.

Now i notice the same problem with the Calculator, for which this solution doesn't work. Perhaps because the Calculator cannot be maximized...

Either way, i was hoping maybe there's a way to reference the window with commands, and then reset its position on the desktop from the terminal? Or some other hacky solution, like how Windows has it's Alt+Space shortcut to access the Move option, or something?
