When I try running sudo add-apt-repository ppa:openrazer/stable it hangs. I am on Elementary OS 5.1 Hera. No other repositories work. I have install software-properties-common and its dependencies. If I press Ctrl + C then I get this output:

I found out it was because it was trying to use ipv6.
