I'm thinking about getting a Surface Pro 7 but want to continue using elementary OS.

Did anyone try it on a Surface Pro 7 already. Of course, touchscreen needs to be working (but I think gestures are not that important to me at the moment) ... Painting with the stylus is my main use case.

Maybe a workaround might be installing elementary OS on Hyper-V on the Surface Pro so that the touchscreen input is processed by the host installed Windows operating system and then just passed to the VM?
