So I downloaded and installed the linux-brprinter-installer-2.1.1-1.gz driver for my MFC-L2710DN Printer/Scanner. Before hand I would use the default recognition of elementary to print via an available printer (the same one in question) without actually delivering ink on paper. Having installed the dedicated driver, the printer still does not deliver printed pages.

When issuing the print-command the machine simply spits out an endless stream of whites (that is until its out of paper of course). So far all I tried did not seem to have any impact.

I would be very grateful for any advise!
