vala programming using libs in vala Why is LibSoup not found when compiling Vala?

iI am try to create a application in valaVala, but iI need libsouplibsoup and checkout with this command: pkg-config --list-all | grep soup i. I have libsouplibsoup, but if iI try to compiling with this command: valac --pkg gtk+-3.0 libsoup test.vala i, I get this error message: error: libsoup not found so my. My question is wahtwhat is the problem  ? thank you in advance for your help
